About

About The Color Curve

The Color Curve is a sanctuary for the young, black community. Our website focuses on commentary, analysis, photography, art, humor and lists on the global black community. This website is authored by Nathan “The Black Man’s Black Man” Wilson and other special guest contributors.

The young black community has been under scrutiny for its controversial image and alleged negative influences for years; but more recently, this scrutiny has emerged internationally. This new platform surfaced, partly, in response to our need for clearer coverage of the African-American community. However, we exist primarily to offer a refreshing, intellectual dialogue concerning everything related to black culture: the good, the bad, and the ugly.

We, at TheColorCurve.com, acknowledge that issues are wide and diverse as our heritage, but we wish to further address society’s ills.  We also aim to entertain and educate.  Our goal is to provide a coherent voice to the black community at large. We hope you enjoy your visit, tell friends about us and return again.

The Website
Mission:  We, at TheColorCurve.com, intend to sustain as a potent, imperious voice of the Black Community.  In the midst of the next generation’s scrutiny, we aim to become part of the solution, by providing relevant social commentary and entertainment.

The Company
Mission:  We, at The Color Curve, are compelled to provide our clients with the most meticulous and timely management, marketing, and public relations across the board.  We plan to provide quality services to artists, writers, entrepreneurs and professionals who will in turn help us empower minority communities socially and financially.

Sincerely,

Nathan Wilson

  1. Empower and Build our Presence this Month; Buy Black!

Be a loyal patron to our community. Provide your business to 3 black companies during the month of August and set a goal for 5 in September. It’s time to stop talking about it, and mobilize to make a difference!

PositiveBlackImage.com is calling on you to select 3 black-owned businesses this month, and 5 the next, that you can redirect your patronage to. Daycare, Grocery Stores, Dry Cleaners, Auto Maintenance Services, Hair Salons and Home Improvements Services are just a few of the available sectors that could benefit and grow our community through commerce. There is over one million black owned businesses in the United States. Pick a few in your community.

“You have the power to do something constructive; use the funds that you spend every day to empower our community. Do your part, and together we can grow our community in a exceptionally positive way” said Eddie Williams, Co-Founder of PositiveBlackImage.com
